Repair Warranty

At Repairs4Mobile, we are committed to providing the best service for our customers. We achieve this by exclusively using high-quality replacement parts and ensuring that our experienced repair technicians are trained to the latest standards. If any issues arise after your repair, we are dedicated to resolving them promptly and satisfactorily.

We provide a 12-month warranty for all repair jobs performed on your device, and any installed parts come with a minimum 6-month warranty with certain exceptions outlined below.
This warranty does not cover the following
Physical Broken/Damage
Liquid Damage
Accidental Damage
Any damage caused by software tempering
If any phone part is replaced/opened

Mobile Purchase

If you’re dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the option to exchange it within 14 days, provided it’s in its original packaging with the receipt. You can exchange it for a product of equal or higher value, paying the difference. However, please note that our change of mind policy doesn’t apply to mobile phones and tablets.

If any issues arise with your mobile phone or tablet within 12 months, you have up to 3 attempts to rectify the same issue through repair before an exchange is considered. Please be aware that repairs may take up to 7 days, and we do not offer replacement phones during this repair period.

Warranty Disclaimer for Repairs

By submitting your device to Repairs4Mobile for repairs, you authorize Repairs4Mobile to conduct the necessary repairs on your device, along with acknowledging the following disclaimer:

You acknowledge that the repair process may uncover or cause additional faults that cannot be repaired by a Repairs4Mobile technician.

You understand that it is your responsibility to back up any data on your device before repair.

You agree that any repairs performed by a Repairs4Mobile technician will void the manufacturer warranty, and Repairs4Mobile will not be held liable if the manufacturer warranty is voided or denied.

You accept that it is your duty to inform Repairs4Mobile of any known faults with your device, and while thorough checks are conducted before and after repair, some faults may remain undetected by our technicians.

You acknowledge that Repairs4Mobile’s lifetime warranty is non-transferrable between devices and will be void if the device changes ownership. The warranty will only be valid if all information on the device’s paperwork is accurate and up-to-date.

A Repairs4Mobile warranty applies solely to faulty repaired or replaced parts and does not cover accidental, intentional, or unrelated damage. The warranty only covers replacement and does not offer refunds. As part of our verification process, we will unlock your device to ensure proper functionality following repairs. If your device is password-protected, we will require your password for this process. Your warranty will be void if the device is tampered with by any other party.

Accessories

If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the option to exchange or return it within 14 days, provided it’s in its original packaging with the receipt, for a replacement. Please note that no refund or exchange is offered on pre-order items.
